                            Available Shipping Methods

 

 

Shipping via Singpost Normal Mail is included with all our products. It is non-trackable and hence recommended only if there is someone in your home to collect the box at the time of mail delivery.

 

Shipping via Singpost Registered Mail is trackable as the recipient is required to sign for the package. If there is no one to receive the package at the time of mail delivery, the postman will leave a slip at your door to inform you to arrange for date of redelivery or pick up the package at your nearest Singpost office.

 

Shipping via Courier Service is the fastest and most reliable method. KinderHands currently uses Ta-Q-Bin for courier service. Delivery by the next day after despatch is guaranteed. If there is no one to receive the package at the time of delivery, the Ta-Q-Bin delivery man will leave a slip at your door or contact you directly to arrange for a date and time zone for redelivery. They also do deliveries on weekends and public holidays. Please note that there are certain No-Go-Zones that they are unable to deliver to.
