Halloween Craft Tutorial
What You Will Need

A Slim Pendant Necklace Style Glow Stick (Orange Colour if possible) that will fit inside your balloon. Ours was about 4 inches long.

A twist tie or short piece of string

An orange balloon

A black permanent marker
Time Required: 15 minutes
Step 1
Activate your glow stick according to the package instructions and insert into your balloon.
Step 2
With the ribbon hanging outside your balloon, inflate your balloon by blowing with your mouth or using an inflator pump. The recommended diameter of the inflated balloon is around 15-18cm, or not more than twice the length of your glow stick so that the balloon is well-illuminated.
Adjust the position of the glow stick so it's near the centre of the balloon. Seal the opening of the balloon with a twist tie or a piece of string.
Step 3
Using your permanent marker, draw the outline of your Jack-O-Lantern on the balloon.
Step 4
Fill in the outlines with your permanent marker.
Boo!!! Your Glowing Jack-O-Lantern is now ready to be hung up as decoration or used as a lantern while going around trick or treating. Happy Halloween!
